The other day I experimented with having my students create presentations that provided hyperlinks within an existing presentation. If you have ever used a jeopardy powerpoint template you know what I am talking about. Kids had to create a cell model, label the parts, then link each part to an informational slide. I was reading this article the other day on science teaching methods in undergrads. I think it something worth considering. When most lecture material is free online, why should we pay for it?
