Going 1 to 1 in a science classroom

Looking to go to a 1 to 1 classroom?  I have been considering this for sometime.  As I began to develop lessons for this purpose, I have come to a couple conclusions.

• Content in class has to be sequenced ahead of time.
• Recorded instruction via YouTube is very robust.  I have recorded many videos, but I believe there is really good materials already out  there.
  
• For kids to work independently through flipped videos or 1 to 1 instruction they need guides to keep them focused

With these in mind, I have created this unit on cells.  Students can work at their own pace and explore these concepts in an independent fashion.
